Lindsy was born and raised in Austin, Texas and currently resides just a few miles away in Hutto, Texas (go Hippos!) with her boyfriend and their two kids Nova (9) and Declan (5). She has worked in the flooring industry for almost 10 years now after starting off as a salesperson in a little mom and pop shop. She enjoys improv and true crime podcasts – especially those revolving around the wrongfully convicted. Cheese is her absolute weakness and brisket isn’t far behind. In her free time, they like to get together with friends that have become basically family. Any opportunity she gets to visit the ocean, she takes it.

Chad Gardemann
Owner
Chad was born and raised in Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University. He worked for over 15 years in floor manufacturing at Shaw Industries. Chad decided to change his focus and transitioned to the installation side and became a subcontractor. Chad and Cale purchased Select Interiors, which has been operating in the valley for over 20 years, and they continue to carry forward customer service at the highest level. Chad is an avid outdoorsman and is happily married with a wife and two children.

Dana Rohr
Account Manager
Dana was born and raised in Kansas and moved to Arizona in 1992. She is 3rd generation in the flooring industry and has a BA in Interior Design. Her experience has been in commercial, residential, multi-family, senior living, custom and remodel work. Dana enjoys her side gig as a professional chef. She and her husband Steve are dedicated to working out, cocktail cruising and spending time with friends.

Jimmy Stout
Operations Manager
Jimmy was born and raised in Arizona. Jimmy started resurfacing and polishing natural stone floors in 1996. Shortly after, he begain cutting, fabricating and installing solid surface counter tops. Jimmy has over 20 years of supervision experience. When he isn't working he loves spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys coaching on his son's little league baseball team.

Cliff Allard
Purchasing
Cliff was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Glendale in 2005 with his wife and three children. Cliff has worked in the flooring industry since 2010. Cliff enjoys spending his free time with his family and grandchildren and going to concerts with his lovely wife Pauline.

Mark Pickens
Field Superintendent
Mark was born in Phoenix AZ and moved with his family to Seattle where he went to school. He started in the flooring business around 1979 working for his father. With over 40 years experience as a flooring installer Mark is a great addition to the Select team. He has spent 30 years of his life in AZ and 30 years in Seattle so both are considered home. In his free time he enjoys fishing, kayaking, hiking and riding his motorcycle.

Ambria Chacon
Customer Liaison
Ambria has worked in the flooring business for over two years. Born and raised in Phoenix AZ, she loves to enjoy the little things in life. Adventurous, spontaneous, and down to earth, Ambria loves being outdoors as much as possible. In her free time, she enjoys soaking up the sun - hiking, swimming, and playing sports. Friends and family play a big part in her life and thanks to a good friend, she was introduced to the flooring business. Ambria is looking forward to the next chapter in this industry and continuing to learn more about the flooring business with the lovely people at Select Interiors.

Adam grew up in Denver, Colorado. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has been in flooring for 5 years and has been in the construction industry since high school. Adam loves spending time with his wife and dogs. He also enjoys exercising and getting outdoors.

Born and raised in Los Angeles California, Rick has worked in the flooring industry for over 20 years. He moved his family from California to Arizona in 2016. In his spare time Rick enjoys coaching his son's baseball games and attending baseball games with his family.

Chris was born in Kansas City, Missouri his family moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1980. He is a 4th generation flooring installer. Chris has 28 year of experience in residential, government housing and commercial flooring.Outside the office he enjoys watching sports, camping, hunting, fishing , spending time with his 3 beautiful daughters and girlfriend. Frankie was born and raised in California and moved to Arizona 18 years ago. He has worked in the flooring industry for 10 years. In his spare time you can usually find him at the dunes or enjoying time outdoors fishing, camping, hiking and traveling.

Cale Clayton
Owner
Cale was born in Iowa and moved with his family to Tucson, AZ. He moved to Tempe where he received his Bachelors degree at Arizona State University. Cale has over 30 years experience in the flooring industry. Cale has been an active member of the Thunderbird Organization, a Phoenix based civic organization that has raised over $100 million for local charities.

John was born and raised in California. He has worked as a floor covering contractor for over 15 years and has been professionally trained in drafting and CAD. In his spare time John enjoys doing nothing with his wife, watching sports, live music, sushi, learning, time with his family and Datsuns.

Jennifer was born and raised in Arizona and currently lives in Peoria with her long term boyfriend and two children. Jennifer has worked in the Flooring Industry since 2006. Elliott Kaufman

Born and raised in Arizona, Elliott has worked a number of different jobs from airline baggage handler to helicopter pilot. He landed in the multifamily cabinet and countertop industry in 2014 and believes he has found his passion. Elliott takes pride in seeing projects built around his hometown and knowing that he was part of the development of many of them. In his free time Elliott enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and taking aerial photography and video.
